Before preparing a quote, we visit the apartment to understand the work required. The proposal sets out the works, supplies and choices still to be agreed. We also identify orders that could affect the schedule, such as bespoke furniture and doors.
Before handover, we check the agreed works and installed fittings. We also explain the initial care and maintenance of the materials used.
