The former kitchen became the bedroom in this renovation of a T1 apartment in Benfica. MILOBRAS completely renovated the property, relocating the rooms to make better use of the existing space.
The former bedroom was combined with the living room to create an open area for living, dining and cooking. The kitchenette was incorporated into this shared space, while the bathroom was reorganised.
Wood-effect vinyl flooring runs throughout the apartment and contrasts with the white kitchen cabinetry. In the bathroom, Calacatta-effect finishes combine light surfaces with pronounced veining.
The renovation included new windows and air conditioning, improving the property’s energy rating. The apartment remained a T1, with a more open layout and fully renovated interiors.
