MILOBRAS treats post-renovation cleaning and moving support as the final stage of a complete renovation, not as a standalone cleaning or moving service. After construction work is complete, we prepare the home for handover by removing fine construction dust, protecting finishes and carrying out a final inspection of the renovated areas.
This stage transforms a completed renovation into a property that is ready to use. Fine dust, debris, packaging, marks from construction work and leftover materials can obscure important details. A careful handover makes it easier to inspect flooring, wall coverings, cabinets, doors, windows, equipment and finishing details.
We coordinate post-renovation cleaning with the remodeling process. It is not ordinary household cleaning. Construction dust settles on baseboards, window frames, cabinets, electrical outlets, flooring, grout and high surfaces. Final cleaning must therefore be adapted to each material and the condition of the finishes.
When a project includes kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, carpentry, painting or microcement, we select cleaning products and methods carefully. An aggressive product can scratch, stain or dull newly installed materials. Proper cleaning therefore protects the investment made in the renovation.
The final stage should allow the client to move into an organized, clean and functional home. This preparation includes dust removal, surface cleaning, inspection of service areas, waste management and care for circulation areas. It also helps identify minor adjustments before final handover.
When moving support is associated with the renovation, we treat it as assistance with occupying the renovated property. We do not offer moving services separately. The objective is to protect surfaces, organize access and prevent damage to new finishes while the client moves into the home.
Fine construction dust can reappear after an initial cleaning. The work may therefore need to be completed in stages, with appropriate care for flooring, glass, cabinets, countertops, bathroom fixtures, metalwork and lacquered surfaces. This approach reduces marks and prepares the property for normal use.
We also pay attention to packaging, films, leftover materials, and small marks left during the work. In this way, managing these aspects is part of a responsible handover and prevents the client from receiving a technically completed project that is still uncomfortable to use.
For complete renovations, we plan final cleaning in advance. Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, hallways and utility spaces are not completed at the same pace. The team coordinates the sequence to avoid re-soiling areas that have already been finished.
This stage is also coordinated with flooring and wall coverings, carpentry and metalwork, and custom kitchens and built-in wardrobes, because these finishes require specific care during handover.
A completed project is not finished when the last item is installed. It is finished when the client can inspect and use the property following a carefully organized handover. Post-renovation cleaning and move-in preparation help protect the work completed and confirm the quality of the finishes.
MILOBRAS includes post-renovation cleaning and moving support in its project oversight so that final handover reflects the level of care expected in a complete renovation of a private home.
