Final Cleaning as Part of a MILOBRAS Project
Construction dust can collect in high areas, joints and furniture interiors. We organise cleaning by area and surface type, so that cleaning one area does not leave dust in another.
When a project includes kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, carpentry, painting or microcement, we select cleaning products and methods carefully. An aggressive product can scratch, stain or dull newly installed materials. Proper cleaning therefore protects the investment made in the renovation.
Preparing the Renovation for Handover
Cleaning makes junctions and details easier to inspect and helps identify small adjustments before handover. We review surfaces and access so that the final inspection takes place in an orderly home.
Where moving is associated with the renovation, we plan the arrival of belongings with attention to access and protection of recent finishes. Preparation should help avoid marks and impacts as the home is occupied.
Debris, Fine Dust and Finish Protection
Cleaning takes account of material condition and the care recommended for each finish. Lacquered surfaces, metals, glass and new flooring should not receive the same treatment without checking compatibility.
Coordination with Complete Renovations
As part of an interior renovation, we schedule final cleaning around the remaining work. Waste and protective coverings are removed in a coordinated way, keeping areas protected where adjustments are still taking place.
This stage is also coordinated with flooring and wall coverings, carpentry and metalwork, and bespoke kitchens and wardrobes, because these finishes require specific care during handover.
A considered handover
Handover brings together the review of the work and preparation of the home for its intended use. It completes the renovation with the same care that guided construction.
