Opening the kitchen up to the living room was central to this T3 apartment renovation in Odivelas, creating a larger shared living area. MILOBRAS also renovated the three bedrooms and two bathrooms as part of work covering the entire apartment.
Lacquered cabinetry and a Silestone worktop define the new kitchen. The central island incorporates the sink and provides space for preparing meals, with storage below.
In the bedrooms, the renovation included new joinery and wardrobes with lacquered doors. Vinyl flooring was laid throughout the home, including the bathrooms, creating continuity between the rooms.
The bathrooms were fitted with large-format wall coverings. Insulated suspended ceilings were also installed. The home was fully renovated, with more space to cook, relax and entertain.
