Testimonials

Choosing MILOBRAS proved to be the best decision we could have made. Right from the day of the evaluation, we recognized the professionalism and attention to detail of this company. Extending our highest praise to the entire MILOBRAS team, we can assure you that a home renovation process is not, and does not have to be, a nightmare. Professionals with knowledge, experience, and a willingness to communicate make dreams truly come true. Despite all the unforeseen events (normal for a project of this size – a complete apartment renovation), MILOBRAS never caused us problems, only solutions.

If you are looking for quality, trust and reliability, this is the company you should choose.

If we ever do another remodeling project, it will certainly be with MILOBRAS.

Thank you very much to the whole team.

Living outside of Portugal and needing to remodel our 3-bedroom apartment, we felt it would be a very courageous and responsible decision, considering the distance and the type of remodeling desired (from plumbing, electricity, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, complete bathrooms, en-suite bathroom, flooring throughout the house, doors, windows, painting, and so on) in a world where there are few serious and high-quality people and companies. One day during my vacation, something struck me, and I went online to search and came across this wonderful company, Milobras, and we promptly scheduled a visit. Although we were satisfied with the excellent professional who inspired confidence, we still requested three more quotes, but nothing could surpass Milobras.

From the moment we received the first quote, we were well supported and received suggestions that immediately made us understand we were dealing with excellent professionals. Despite being a demanding couple, they still managed to surprise us with their strict adherence to the deadline for the project's completion, with pleasant surprises of good taste along the way. We were able to follow the work remotely, choosing materials, appliances, sanitary ware, etc. With the videos and photos we received, it was a pleasant and very surprising experience. I can't help but recommend them to others. And the icing on the cake was that the day scheduled for the completion of the work was the day of our return to Portugal, and we were anxious because we didn't know if we would be able to sleep at home that night. We imagined we would have to hire a company to clean the house because of the construction dust. Once again, we were surprised by Milobras. It was truly a turnkey project. We received the house in gleaming brilliance, and it looked like we were entering a luxury aparthotel. In short, it exceeded all our expectations. Congratulations to this great team that makes dreams come true.

Choosing MILOBRAS was the right decision for the renovation of the two separate floors of our house. The project involved structural alterations and was regularly supervised by the project manager, who was always available to offer suggestions and resolve unforeseen issues. The multidisciplinary team was competent and disciplined, and the extensive work was completed within the agreed timeframe.
MILOBRAS gives clients every reason to choose the company for a high-quality service.

My experience with MILOBRAS could not have been better. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of detail and attention shown by the project managers, as well as their prompt communication and willingness to discuss the best options, balancing aesthetics and functionality. MILOBRAS gave us the freedom to choose the materials we wanted and guided us throughout the process. We were able to leave the house in their hands with complete peace of mind, and the agreed deadlines were met. The result was excellent!

We were very fortunate to find MILOBRAS. We had long dreamed of transforming our T2 apartment into a T3 and, with the help of MILOBRAS, we were able to turn our ideas into a practical, attractive and sophisticated project.

It was a genuine relief to know that our home was in good hands and that we could continue with our lives without the worries and setbacks normally associated with building work. From the first contact and preparation of the quotation through to every stage of execution, everything was handled impeccably.

We would also like to highlight the respect shown toward our neighbors and the building throughout the months of work, which was very important to us. We also greatly value the professionalism of everyone involved, who worked with dedication each day to ensure that our dream became a reality.

From the initial planning and costing stage, when several options and solutions for the apartment's new layout were presented, MILOBRAS consistently demonstrated great commitment, professionalism and attention to detail.
We were very pleased with the complete renovation of the apartment, including the electrical and plumbing work, and everything was completed in accordance with the project.
The agreed schedule was met, and whenever technical issues arose from the structure of the building, which is quite old, appropriate suggestions and solutions were provided.
MILOBRAS has an excellent team who remain attentive throughout every stage of the project and resolve any issue promptly. We would definitely recommend MILOBRAS.

MILOBRAS was responsible for the complete renovation of a T1 apartment in Lisbon. The process was highly professional throughout. From the initial visit to the property and presentation of the detailed quotation through to project supervision and execution, the company consistently demonstrated professionalism, dealt proactively with unforeseen issues and met the agreed deadlines. This is unfortunately rare in the sector.

MILOBRAS carried out the complete renovation of the apartment, demonstrating great commitment and professionalism throughout the project, with close attention to detail. Communication was consistently very good, and the company promptly resolved every unexpected issue that arose during the work.

The final result was very good and met our expectations. Thank you!

The decision to carry out the work was carefully considered. We knew what we wanted, but after contacting several companies we were still unsure which one to choose. Those doubts disappeared when we contacted MILOBRAS and met the project manager. The company was highly professional, suggested improvements to our project and demonstrated the knowledge and confidence that led us to place the work in their hands.
Almost a year after those meetings, I can only say that it was an excellent decision. MILOBRAS has a team of skilled, competent and very courteous professionals who take care to keep both the work area and the building's communal areas tidy and clean.
MILOBRAS transformed our home efficiently, met our expectations and even introduced improvements that we were very pleased with.
Congratulations on your professionalism, creativity and rigour.

I was apprehensive about starting the renovation of my apartment and took a long time to find a contractor who would give me peace of mind. As I live abroad, it was particularly important to find someone I could trust.

From my first meeting with the project manager, I was confident that MILOBRAS should carry out the work. The professional way I was treated and the care taken to understand my ideas removed all my concerns. My apartment is now complete, and the standard of finish is excellent.

I have no hesitation in recommending MILOBRAS to friends and family. I know that the work will be carried out professionally and to the same high standard as in my apartment. Thank you for giving me the reassurance I needed throughout the renovation.

A very reliable company that meets its deadlines and delivers work to a high standard.

The team has strong technical knowledge and helps us find the best solution to each issue that arises during a project, always considering the aesthetics and the final result.

Our experience with MILOBRAS was very good. The team worked efficiently and demonstrated a high level of technical competence.

MILOBRAS met every agreed deadline and completed all contracted work within the quoted cost, which is particularly noteworthy given the complexity of the project.
Furthermore, part of the work was carried out while we were away from Portugal, demonstrating the company's reliability.

Equally important, everyone was consistently friendly, attentive and courteous, both toward us and toward the other residents of the building.

Finally, despite being a very busy company, MILOBRAS maintained the same attentive approach after the main project was complete, when a few small additional items were required.

Our experience of working with MILOBRAS was clearly positive. From the initial contacts during the selection process, the company demonstrated a level of energy and proactivity that set it apart.
From the initial planning and costing stage through to implementation and execution, MILOBRAS maintained clear and consistent communication, creating an atmosphere of trust and reassurance.
The project progressed as planned, which is in itself the best testament to the professionalism and dedication of the MILOBRAS team.
When unexpected setbacks and obstacles arose, as they do in any project, MILOBRAS did not avoid the difficulties. Instead, the team addressed them positively and provided effective solutions, demonstrating a genuine commitment to client satisfaction.
Attention to detail, including cleaning and protecting the building's communal areas and complying with current regulations, helped preserve good relations between neighbors.

MILOBRAS fulfilled its commitments to a high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Excellent project oversight from the initial contact through to completion and handover within the agreed deadline. I particularly appreciated the care taken in preparing the detailed quotation, clearly identifying the work to be carried out and the materials and finishes to be used. The work was completed with rigour and attention to detail at every stage, especially the finishing. I would also highlight the cleanliness and protection of the site throughout the project, particularly in the building's communal areas. I am grateful for the professionalism and commitment of the entire MILOBRAS team.

We commissioned MILOBRAS to carry out the complete renovation of a duplex apartment in Lisbon, occupying the fourth and fifth floors of a Pombaline-style building constructed in 4. As we speak very little Portuguese, clear communication in English was essential. We were not in Lisbon during the renovation, so we also relied on MILOBRAS to plan and carry out the work independently while keeping us fully informed.

MILOBRAS impressed us from the first meeting through to final handover.
We noticed the team's precision and high level of professionalism from the outset.
MILOBRAS understood our requirements and implemented them well, contributing its own ideas while respecting the possibilities of the existing building and the Portuguese market.

The project was completed within the planned schedule and agreed cost. MILOBRAS also dealt reliably with the necessary finishing and follow-up work.

We always felt that our project was in good hands.
It was clear throughout that MILOBRAS sets high standards for its own work, and our project benefited greatly from that commitment. The apartment is now beautiful.

We would choose MILOBRAS again without hesitation for a similar project.

A very trustworthy and reliable company. The work was completed on time and for the agreed price.

We were impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by MILOBRAS while carrying out the complete renovation of our large penthouse over a period of six months.

The quality of the work, the skilled team, close project supervision and clear communication produced an excellent result. Our family and friends, to whom we recommended MILOBRAS, were equally impressed.

We would therefore like to thank MILOBRAS again for the care and efficiency shown throughout the renovation. We will continue to recommend the company within the French-speaking community in and around Lisbon.

My experience of working with MILOBRAS was extremely positive. From the outset, the company demonstrated an exemplary commitment to carrying out the project as planned. The team is highly professional and dedicated, which made the collaboration particularly rewarding.

One of the company's greatest strengths is its ability to overcome setbacks efficiently and effectively. When unexpected challenges arose, MILOBRAS addressed them proactively and proposed creative, practical solutions. This approach demonstrated excellent technical knowledge and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Communication with the MILOBRAS team was excellent. Relevant information and regular updates were provided throughout the project. The team was always available to answer questions and clarify any concerns, contributing to an efficient and transparent working relationship.

The quality of the completed work also deserves particular mention. During the apartment renovation, I was especially impressed by the attention MILOBRAS paid to cleanliness, noise control and the building's infrastructure. The team kept the work area clean and organized, minimizing disruption to residents. Precautions were also taken to reduce noise and respect the neighbors' comfort. The elevators were protected while materials and equipment were transported, showing additional care for the building's communal areas. MILOBRAS met every expectation and delivered an excellent result.

In summary, working with MILOBRAS was an extremely positive experience. The company demonstrated professionalism, efficiency and an ability to overcome challenges. Its practical response to setbacks reflects a genuine commitment to providing a high-quality service. I am very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend MILOBRAS or contact the company again for future projects.

My dream home became a reality. Thank you, MILOBRAS!

I hardly know where to begin. The quality and professionalism were outstanding.

The house looks beautiful. Everything met our wishes.

Thank you, MILOBRAS.

We are delighted with the work and service provided by MILOBRAS. From the beginning of the project, the team gave careful attention to our requests and requirements, always seeking the most appropriate solutions.

Every deadline was met, and the completed work faithfully reflected what we had planned. Whenever unforeseen issues arose or adjustments were required, as can happen in any project, MILOBRAS responded immediately and efficiently to resolve them.

Every member of the team demonstrated great professionalism and care for both the house and the building. MILOBRAS was always available by telephone or email and consistently fulfilled its responsibilities.
What we particularly value is that, even after the work was complete, the company maintained the same attentive approach and continued to support us as clients. We will certainly choose MILOBRAS for our next project, as we have complete confidence in the service provided.

Thank you!

I placed my trust in the company. My apartment turned out beautifully, and I only saw it once the work was complete. It was worth it.

I am very grateful to MILOBRAS.

We were very pleased with the work completed by the MILOBRAS team, particularly its professionalism, commitment and understanding of the project we had envisioned, as well as the valuable suggestions made to improve it.

We can only recommend MILOBRAS and hope the company continues on this path of excellence.

We highly recommend MILOBRAS. The company carried out a complete renovation whose final result exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully finished using quality materials. We were delighted with the result, and the entire process was managed with great professionalism and calm reassurance.

Thank you!

We are very pleased that we chose MILOBRAS for the renovation of our apartment.

From the first meeting, it was clear that MILOBRAS valued both its own time and that of its clients, and this remained true throughout the project. We received excellent advice on materials and design and never had to worry about the work. We were kept informed of progress and any issues that arose, and we could trust MILOBRAS to resolve every situation effectively.

What could have been a very stressful few months became the rewarding experience of seeing the apartment take shape exactly as expected. The cost was fully justified by the quality, peace of mind and final result. We intend to choose MILOBRAS again for future projects and have recommended the company widely to our friends.

MILOBRAS renovated my kitchen, and the result was fantastic: a modern, efficient and highly functional space. I would also like to thank the team for its professionalism, quality of work, punctuality and friendly approach. I am delighted with my kitchen renovation and, for all these reasons, I highly recommend the company.

I found MILOBRAS after an unsuccessful online search, as none of the colleagues I spoke to could recommend a company they would choose again. Above all, MILOBRAS understood my requirements, interpreted what I had envisioned and proposed an excellent project within the agreed budget. We began with the kitchen renovation and later added the bathroom renovation. I did not have to worry about anything, and the team met the completion deadline precisely. The final result exceeded expectations.

I recommend MILOBRAS and thank the entire team who helped throughout the renovations.

MILOBRAS carried out excellent work on the renovation of our apartment in Lisbon. As the building dates from 1889, the project required considerable experience to restore the home’s original architectural character. The team was consistently reliable, highly professional and dedicated, and above all respected the agreed deadlines. As we live abroad and could not follow the work regularly, we greatly valued the fact that everything progressed so smoothly. We recommend MILOBRAS without hesitation.

I am very grateful to MILOBRAS for the excellent complete renovation of my apartment, and especially for accepting the challenge during the state of emergency caused by COVID-19.

Despite the restrictions imposed by the pandemic, we were able to select materials, decide the project details, discuss the quotation and award the contract using only telephone and email communication, with a single visit to the apartment.

MILOBRAS was always available to discuss the possible solutions with rigor and clarity, sharing all the information required to make the most appropriate technical, aesthetic and financial choices. This gave me the confidence to adapt to the new circumstances. The successful result confirms that I was fortunate to entrust the project to MILOBRAS.

The knowledge, experience and attention MILOBRAS brought to the project allowed it to be completed within the agreed timeframe, with meticulous attention to detail that distinguishes excellent work. I feel at home again, in a new home!

Thank you!

Our experience with MILOBRAS began with some uncertainty, as the company was not one of the best-known names in the market to us. Now that the work is complete, we can say that we are satisfied and happy to recommend MILOBRAS. Two qualities stand out. First, the attention to detail: nothing is left to chance, and every detail matters. Second, the team handles unforeseen issues extremely well. Everyone knows that unexpected situations can arise during a renovation. The team's professionalism and availability overcome problems that can initially seem impossible to resolve. Well done!

It is reassuring to find a construction company that can be trusted completely. The value for money is unmatched by any other company. I recommend MILOBRAS one thousand percent.

“MILOBRAS: one thousand percent satisfied”

I chose MILOBRAS for the complete renovation of my older apartment in Lisbon because of the professionalism and commitment demonstrated from the very first contact, when the quotation was prepared. The company pays close attention to detail, listens carefully to what the client wants and helps identify the best way to turn those ideas into reality.

MILOBRAS clearly stands out for its professionalism and the excellent standard of its workmanship and finishes, delivered at a fair price. In addition to working with dedicated and attentive professionals, I feel fortunate to say that through MILOBRAS I gained not only a new home, but also new friends for life.

An example of professionalism and competence, combined with a genuinely friendly approach. The team met the agreed deadlines and costs, offered consistently valuable suggestions and always kept client satisfaction in mind. It was a very pleasant surprise after the disappointing experiences we had encountered with other contractors. Our sincere congratulations on your professionalism, and our thanks.

MILOBRAS renovated our apartment. We were extremely pleased not only with the quality of the work and the team's professionalism, but also with the flexibility shown when the starting date changed several times and additional work was required. Although we were abroad and unable to follow the project in person, we did not have to worry about anything. The work was completed within the agreed timeframe, and the result was perfect, exceeding our expectations.

We are therefore very pleased to recommend the company's services.

Our expectations were exceeded, and we were very pleased with the final result. The highlight of this renovation was undoubtedly the combination of excellent team organization and careful cost control. We recommend MILOBRAS and thank everyone involved in the project.

It is always difficult to find a building company that understands you, listens carefully and delivers what you have in mind. When I requested several quotations, I spoke with the people responsible for each company. MILOBRAS made a very good impression and never disappointed me.

I greatly enjoyed working with MILOBRAS. The team was careful and restored our home with great professionalism and high-standard finishes. My aim was to create an apartment that complied with BIO sustainability standards, which is not easy with the products available in the Portuguese market. Together, we achieved this demanding goal, and we are now happy in a comfortable home without synthetic additives, electrosmog and similar concerns.

Restoring this type of property is not easy because the house is more than a century old. The beams, original plaster ceilings, timber and walls all date from that period. These durable materials deserve to be preserved, but anyone working with them must understand how to treat them correctly. MILOBRAS handled them with respect and great professionalism.

I recommend MILOBRAS without hesitation.

I loved your work. The team is responsive, cooperative, efficient and friendly. Together, these qualities produced excellent work and a very satisfying result.

I recommend MILOBRAS!

This is the second project MILOBRAS has carried out in my home with great professionalism. The team pays close attention to detail, the client's preferences and every request. They are highly trustworthy, honor their commitments and respect the agreed schedule. Both projects were completed professionally and within the planned timeframe.

I recommend MILOBRAS!

A highly professional team, both in helping me decide the details of the project and in the execution and follow-up provided during and after delivery. The deadlines were respected with exceptional precision. Although the schedule was ambitious, the team understood that a particular completion date was important to me and finished all the work on that exact date, ahead of the agreed deadline. Importantly, this was achieved without uncertainty or excuses - no “maybe” or “we will see”. I have no doubt that MILOBRAS is the company I will choose again for any service it provides. The workers were impeccable: polite, trustworthy, hardworking and remarkably discreet, despite being in my home every day for five weeks.

Thank you, MILOBRAS!

Arranging work in our home is always a source of concern, first because of the problem itself and then because of the need to find the right solution. In my case, the planned kitchen renovation led me to look for a company that could prepare the space for the new furniture and appliances. I was initially hesitant about the recommendation I received, mainly because I had no experience of undertaking renovation work at home.

Those concerns began to fade as soon as I first spoke with the person responsible at MILOBRAS. His professional yet genuinely friendly manner created a very positive impression. The clear, itemized quotation prepared after a visit to the space further reinforced that impression, although I still wanted to see how the work itself would progress.

The most important test was still to come: how the work would progress, the quality of the responses, the care shown, the willingness to consider last-minute ideas, respect for deadlines and the relevance of the proposals made to me. I found all of these qualities as the days passed.

There was another concern: because I was working, I could not monitor the project throughout the day and would have to entrust my house keys to someone I did not know. In the end, the result satisfied me completely. The positive first impression was matched by the quality of the completed work. It was worth it, and everything was delivered to the standard I expected. Even the final adjustments suggested by me or proposed by the team were completed on time and exactly as intended.

I was so satisfied that I later asked the same company to carry out further work in my home and in the homes of close relatives. In every case, MILOBRAS fully confirmed my original opinion.

I will continue to choose MILOBRAS in the future.

I would like not only to thank MILOBRAS, but also to recommend the company to anyone seeking quality and reliability in the execution of contracted work.

I chose MILOBRAS to renovate my parents' kitchen and was impressed by the company's professionalism. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, the advice provided throughout the work, the punctuality and the respect shown for the agreed schedule.

In summary, I was very pleased with the work completed by MILOBRAS and can recommend the company without hesitation for your renovation.

I was very pleased with the work carried out by MILOBRAS. I trusted the company completely and handed over the keys to my home with confidence. The team is organized and professional, and the renovation of my apartment progressed beautifully. I was very satisfied with the service and will choose MILOBRAS again if I need further work.

I recommend MILOBRAS to everyone!

MILOBRAS was recommended to us by friends who had already commissioned the company to renovate their apartment. Their recommendation was convincing, so we also appointed MILOBRAS to renovate our apartment in Lisbon.

The company fully lived up to the recommendation we had received. The team is highly competent, has strong engineering knowledge and knows how to guide a project effectively by proposing solutions and recommending suitable materials. The work was completed within the agreed timeframe by competent, reliable and courteous professionals.

We are happy to recommend MILOBRAS.

MILOBRAS is a highly respected company that provides an excellent, personalized service and is always available to meet its clients’ needs. Although I live 400 km away, I know that whenever work is required, MILOBRAS is my company of choice. I am comfortable entrusting the team with the key to my home because they are humble, courteous, trustworthy and highly professional.

I wish MILOBRAS every continued professional success.

I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding professionalism shown by MILOBRAS during the renovation of my apartment in Lisbon, as well as the team's competence and ability to adapt to our requirements. The project manager's close involvement throughout the project was undoubtedly valuable to us and contributed to the efficient, timely execution of the work. The team's friendly approach and professionalism make MILOBRAS a company others can look to as a reference.

I will remain a loyal client and will certainly recommend MILOBRAS.
