This T3 apartment renovation in Oeiras gave the living room a new sense of space. Removing the kitchen and hallway walls created an open-plan layout, with a tilt-and-slide door to the balcony.
Recessed air conditioning was integrated into the new suspended ceilings. Spotlights and indirect lighting in the living room complement linear lighting in the kitchen.
The kitchen features white cabinetry and a Silestone worktop. Wood-effect vinyl flooring runs through the living room and three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. The walls were refinished and the windows replaced.
Both bathrooms were fully renovated, with recessed niches and sand-coloured finishes. From the living area to the more private rooms, the apartment has gained an understated elegance, reflected in the overall design and the finer details.
