The main change in this T2 apartment renovation in Algés was joining the living room to one of the bedrooms. MILOBRAS created a spacious living room with a large built-in storage unit.
The remaining bedroom and enclosed balcony were renovated, with a built-in wardrobe added. In the kitchen, removing partitions allowed the space to be reorganised while retaining the existing structural column.
The kitchen and bathroom were completely refurbished with new cabinetry, fittings and ceramic finishes. Wood-effect vinyl flooring was laid in the living room and bedroom. The renovation also included new windows, suspended ceilings and internal doors.
A reinforced front door completed the work. The result is a home with a larger living room, built-in storage and a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom, with the bedroom kept separate from the living area.
