The owners wanted to renovate the home they already lived in without changing the layout. The T3 apartment renovation in Arroios, carried out by MILOBRAS, kept the existing room layout and renewed every interior.
The kitchen now has new cabinetry. The two bathrooms take different approaches to finishes: light tones in one and dark surfaces with pronounced veining in the other.
Hallway cupboards and bedroom wardrobes make use of the available space. In the main bedroom, an illuminated wood panel adds a decorative touch, while wood-effect vinyl flooring creates continuity throughout the interiors.
The renovation replaced the doors and integrated lighting into new suspended ceilings. New windows and air conditioning improved comfort, alongside a better energy rating for the apartment.
