A spiral staircase connects the floors of this duplex apartment renovation in Parede by MILOBRAS. Its metal structure stands out among warmly toned materials.
Beneath the roof, skylights bring natural light inside. The sloping ceiling shapes smaller corners and makes the upper level’s geometry apparent.
Herringbone flooring adds rhythm to the rooms. Its pattern follows the routes through the interior and provides a visual link between different areas.
The grey kitchen maintains a restrained palette. Dark accents define the openings, while lighting details distinguish particular corners of the duplex.
In the bathrooms, textured finishes distinguish the shower areas. Their colours complement the materials used elsewhere in the duplex.
