Always difficult to find a construction company that understands, listens to you and executes what you have been thinking. When I asked for several quotes, I spoke with all the heads of these companies. Milobras left a good impression on me and has never disappointed me.
I really enjoyed working with Milobras, they are careful and have restored our house with a lot of professionalism and high finishes. My idea was to make the apartment under sustainable BIO standards, which is not easy with the products on the Portuguese market. The provision of services related to our home is always a source of concern, either because of the appearance of the problem itself, or later, because of the need to find the means for the indispensable solution and that it is to our liking. In my particular case, the idea of kitchen remodeling led me to find someone who prepared the space where the new furniture and appliances would be applied. The suggestion that was presented to me initially made me hesitant, especially because of the total ignorance that I had about this “doing works at home” thing.
However, that feeling started to fade as soon as I established the first contacts with the head of Milobras. The professional way in which he presented himself, always accompanied by a sympathy without the unpleasant facet of servility that we sometimes encounter, were the first signs in favor of a good image. Then, the presentation of the budget, objective and detailed, made after a visit that I was asked to remodel, reinforced the first good impression. However, the reserves were not yet eliminated.
It was necessary to verify the perhaps most relevant element of this assessment: the way the work was going, the quality of the answers, the care put in the work, the openness and availability for the last-minute ideas that always arise, the fulfillment of deadlines, the pertinence of the proposals that were made to me.
